Welcome to Wellspring Academy
A Christ-Centered Homeschool Program for Families, At Wellspring Academy, we believe education is a form of discipleship. Our faith-based homeschool co-op exists to partner with families by providing a nurturing, Christ-honoring environment where students can grow spiritually, intellectually, and socially.
We proudly serve students from Pre-K4 through 6th grade. Our Pre-K4 program is not part of the Head Start program and is designed specifically as a faith-based early learning experience that lays a strong foundation for both academic growth and biblical formation.
Wellspring Academy accepts Step Up for Students PEP and Unique Abilities (UA) scholarships. At this time, we do not participate in other state-funded early childhood programs.
Through intentional instruction, community, and discipleship, we walk alongside families as they cultivate a love for learning and a deeper relationship with Christ at every stage of their child’s development.
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”
– Colossians 3:23
We partner with parents to create a space where children can flourish in their God-given gifts, build lasting friendships, and develop a love for learning rooted in biblical truth.
Our Mission
Rooted in Faith. Focused on Growth. Built for Community.
Wellspring Academy exists to equip families with a supportive community that strengthens both academic learning and spiritual formation. We are passionate about raising up the next generation to know God’s Word, walk in truth, and love others well.
“All your children will be taught by the Lord, and great will be their peace.”
– Isaiah 54:13
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord…”
– Colossians 3:23
Schedule
Three Days a Week – Tuesday through Thursday
9:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Our weekly rhythm is intentionally designed to provide consistency, community, and strong academic support while honoring the flexibility of homeschooling. Core instruction takes place Tuesday through Thursday from 9:30 AM–2:30 PM, and attendance on these days is essential to ensure students receive the full scope of instruction needed to meet all grade-level expectations by the end of the academic year.
Each core day includes focused instruction in foundational subjects, enrichment opportunities, and Christ-centered teaching that builds both knowledge and character.
Because Wellspring Academy partners closely with families, Mondays and Fridays are highly encouraged and recommended for at-home learning. These days provide valuable space for families to reinforce classroom instruction, practice skills being taught during the week, and support continued growth in a way that best fits their child’s learning style.
“Hold on to instruction, do not let it go; guard it well, for it is your life.”
– Proverbs 4:13
Curriculum and Instruction
At Wellspring Academy, we are proud to be an Abeka-based program
providing a strong, traditional foundation in academic excellence. Our curriculum is intentionally selected to support mastery of grade-level skills and concepts while nurturing a love for learning.
Instruction is a top priority in our program. During our on-campus days (Tuesday–Thursday), students receive focused, teacher-led instruction in all core subject areas. These days are designed to ensure students fully understand and master the material being taught.
Because our program is a partnership with families, parent involvement is essential. On Mondays and Fridays, families play an active role in reinforcing learning at home by completing assigned work and practicing skills introduced in the classroom. This consistent rhythm between school and home helps students retain and apply what they’ve learned.
To simplify the school year for our families, we provide all required curriculum. A non-refundable $400 curriculum fee is due with the first quarterly payment. This ensures that every student’s materials are prepared, organized, and ready on campus before the first day of school—eliminating the need for families to purchase curriculum independently.
We are committed to equipping students with both the knowledge and confidence they need to succeed academically and beyond.
We’re excited to have you join our Wellspring Academy family
We believe learning should be joyful, Christ-centered, and rooted in community. It’s our joy to come alongside you as you disciple your children in both faith and academics.
“And these words… you shall teach them diligently to your children…”
– Deuteronomy 6:6–7
