Growth Track is a simple, three-week experience designed to help you make Wellspring your Church by learning our culture and values, discovering your God-given purpose, and taking your next steps in your faith journey.
Whether you’re new to Wellspring or have been here for years, you’ll discover what it means to be planted in God’s family, learn how God uniquely created you, and identify practical next steps to continue growing in your faith and living out your purpose.

Week One
My Wellspring
Week One is about learning who Wellspring is, and deciding whether you want to make this your Church home. You’ll hear the story and vision of Wellspring, our core values, discover what it means to be planted in God’s family and connect with others at your table. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what it means to connect with this Church family.
Week Two
My Purpose
Week Two helps you discover how God uniquely created you. You’ll explore your spiritual gifts for serving others, and uncover your God-given purpose. You’ll leave with greater clarity about your unique strengths and passions for making a difference in the Kingdom of God.
Week Three
My Journey
Week Three is all about taking your next step. You’ll build a personal growth plan and find your next step in loving God. You’ll leave with a personalized next step and a clear plan to continue growing in your relationship with God.
