2. Copy The Results

On the page that opens, press Command+A to highlight the entire page, and Command+C to copy it to your clipboard (Control+A and Control+C for Windows users)
 

3. Paste The Signature

In your mail client, paste the e-mail signature into the signature section. (Command+V or Control+V)

For Apple Mail
– Press Mail -> Settings
– Go to the Signatures Tab
– Create a new Signature and Paste

For Outlook
– Press Outlook -> Settings
– Click “Signatures”
– Create a New Signature and Paste
