Some trips may require vaccines or preventative shots. Your team leader will let you know well in advance if this is the case. However, we recommend that you are up to date on all your shots and vaccines.

Each trip offers different styles of accommodations. Some will be bunk style rooms, some will be hotels. Occasionally, the team may stay at a church. You will be sharing a room and bathroom with other team members, and possibly a bed (hotel accommodations only).

We find out ministry specifics closer to the trip. These details are heavily influenced by the people on the trip and their strengths. The sending organizations pair the team with local ministries and churches based on the strengths and desired outcomes of the team.

You will be given a unique-to-you link via our third-party fundraising site, GoMethod. You can send this link to family and friends and/or post on social media. All fundraising is done thru GoMethod. During one of your first team meetings, your leader will go over more specific fundraising ideas with you. You are responsible for raising your own funds.

Each trip has fundraising milestones that you’ll be asked to meet. Usually, the final amount is due 4-6 weeks before you leave.

The cost covers your flights, in-country travel, food, lodging, project costs, and admin fees for the organization and Wellspring.

This has never happened. Seriously! If God has called you to go on this trip (He has!) then trust that He will provide the finances. Your team leader will give you resources, but ultimately fundraising is your responsibility.
